We prefer for you to return your item. When it is received we will refund and then you can place another order. 

Refunds and Returns

We are sorry, but all jewelry items are final sale, and not eligible for returns or refunds. There will be a one hour (1) cancellation window for jewelry orders.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

For all other items that are not marked final sale, we have a 14 calendar day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days including holidays after receiving your item to request a return.

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you and, if approved, issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 
If too much time has passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item(s) arrive to you defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You must contact us within five business days of delivery

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
